Zap

A private Telegram assistant, used by one person.

Zap is a personal productivity assistant that runs on a private server and is reachable only through Telegram. It is built and operated by Phyoe Min Kyaw for his own use. It is not a product, not a service offered to others, and has no users other than its operator.

What it does

• Answers questions and keeps short conversational context
• Reads and creates events on its operator's Google Calendar
• Reads its operator's Gmail and prepares draft replies
• Sets and delivers reminders
• Searches the web for current information

Access it requests

Zap asks only for what those features need: Google Calendar, Gmail read access, and Gmail draft creation. It deliberately does not request permission to send or delete mail — it can prepare a reply, but a human has to send it.
