Zap is a personal assistant operated by Phyoe Min Kyaw (honelone@gmail.com) for his own private use. It has a single user: its operator. It is not offered to the public and does not collect data from anyone else.
With the operator's explicit Google authorisation, Zap can access:
Zap does not request permission to send email, modify labels, or delete anything. Those scopes are deliberately excluded.
Zap runs on a private virtual server rented by the operator in Singapore. Stored on that server are: recent Telegram conversation history, reminders the operator has set, and the Google authorisation token. Nothing is stored anywhere else, and no copy is kept on a third-party platform.
Email bodies and calendar entries are read on demand to answer a question. They are not copied into long-term storage.
To function, Zap passes data through these services:
Data is not sold, rented, shared for advertising, or disclosed to anyone beyond the processors listed above.
Zap's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google data is used only to provide the features described above, is never used for advertising, and is never transferred to others except as needed to provide those features.
Conversation history is kept only as long as it is useful for context and is periodically pruned. The operator can revoke Zap's access to his Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately ends all access. Stored data can be deleted by the operator directly on the server.
